JobDescription:WesternWyoming Beverages is seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager. The Jacksonarea Assistant Branch Manager’s (ABM) primary responsibilities are to workdirectly in conjunction with the branch manager to ensure the success of theJackson soda market.The ABM will beresponsible to cover delivery and sales routes during vacancies.The ABM will also act as a fill in during thetimes that the branch manager is out of the office.The sales team as well as merchandisers anddrivers will directly report to the assistant manager.The position is responsible to have knowledgein all areas of the Jackson market, making routine market visits with keycustomers to build WWB’s reputation with accounts, within the community andensure marketing and pricing programs are being fully executed.The ABM will also lead local and nationalaccount resets to ensure WWB’s “look of the leader” mentality.This position will also learn basic equipmentmaintenance to help the efficiency of the service department, they will alsoserve as a helper during equipment installs.The ABM will be responsible for entering and managing hourly employee’stime sheets as well as ensuring that no hourly employee receives over time.

Attention to detail, organization and self-motivation are allnecessary characteristics for the position. This position will require astrong, sales oriented and sales aggressive personality. The ideal candidatewill possess excellent computer and customer service skills, be extremelydependable, work well as part of a team and have the desire to go beyond thejob description to develop and implement strategies to improve our business.

DesiredQualifications:AnAssociate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management,or Marketing or combination of relevant experience and education with a minimumof 2-5 years of sales and management experience.
